Getting Yahoo indexation

I am running a website and a blog. I tried different methods of indexation in yahoo, but it did not help me to get a good rank. The regional problems were also there. Moreover, the yahoo internet in my country is very small. Even when, I am in Russia, I like to get my site indexed to yahoo because this is only search engine where I do not have an optimized web page. Yahoo Toolbar Webmaster also brought into notice that the yahoo tool master has nothing to do with the blog. How shall I move ahead in this matter?

Yahoo is a best technique for search engine ranking and SEO ranking technique but i need less traffic for search engine traffic.

If you getting problems to index in yahoo ! so submit your URL to yahoo & than wait for few time & after even it doesn't indexing your web site than index your site in Google search engine !
