Google rank a site base on back links, anyone know how yahoo and Bing rank?

The transaction is subject to regulatory review but Yahoo and Google are hopeful that closing of the deal will occur in early 2010.

The search engine algorithms is pretty much same with a few tweaks here and there. SEO for google should work for yahoo as well. When it comes to yahoo ranking a website I have heard that they concentrate more on content rather than just backlinks.

Yahoo and Bing too are nowadays checking out the links reports and stats of the websites in order to give them ranks. A few years ago they were very much interested in giving top ranks to the websites with higher keyword density but this has changed.

Google not ranking the sites based on the B only... its considering many other facts like content , quality, domain, on page etc..
