How yahoo and bing rank a page?

I think these search engines just have the same algo but there are still few differences, like Yahoo value more the content of the site and it doesn't stress more on nofollow and dofollow attributes.

According to me every search engine give importance to backlink in give rank to any page but they also consider many other things to give rank to any pages as well as backlinks. Every search engine have different algorithm to give rank to any page.

Yahoo and Bing do not rank pages based on backlinks. It is only Google and also note that Yahoo and Bing are yet in beta and so very little experimental SEO can be said about them.Yahoo work as the completely on page of the keyword but don't know about the bing..
