Smile free directory listing
There appear to be at least four English language Yahoo directories offering free submission of sites (UK, Canada, Singapore and Asia).

Does anyone have recent experience to verify whether Yahoo is actually accepting and listing commercial sites for free in any of these directories? Much obliged for any help.

Could you tell me where you saw this? Was it on Yahoo!'s website? Can you give a link and we can definitely help you investigate it. I seriously doubt that Yahoo! would provide anything like that for free, but anything is possible.

Hey guys, thanks for the link for one thing. Also, I edited that link a little and just went to Yahoo! Directory and found that you can search by Country, State and etc. Not sure how many of our members here are US residents but this is about the best free advertising we can get online I think. Even Google pulls some of their results from Yahoo. Good job finding this one.

I dont think Yahoo! is submitting sites like that. They charge $300/ year!

I think yahoo is charging money, they dont have free service. I read somewhere they charge money and didnot read further..

work on google pagerank instead.
