I've made up my mind to use a service which would enable me to put feedback button on the site and get feedbacks. I think this can assist me to understand my consumers better. Is anybody using a service like this? Would appreciate your recommendation

I think yahoo is not giving free promotion as wide as Google does,however promote at yahoo seems not really hard because Yahoo seems always follow where Google goes,.if you rank good at Google,yahoo usually follow you
