how to get top position in yahoo?

Yahoo is somewhat of a mystery to me. I figured all my hard work with google would naturally pay off in Yahoo. It seems not.

While Google are sending me about 8,000 visitors a day, Yahoo is more like 200.

I have focused on providing a good service which is naturally acquiring quality backlinks. My pages are well structured with all the relevant tags and well thought out titles etc.

With Google most of my pages rank in the top 3 for the optimized keywords. Yahoo I'm often nowhere to be seen, hidden among a ton of new and spammy sites.

Is there anything I can do to bump up my stats for Yahoo?

well, I would love for Google to send me 8000 visitors a day, so I am afraid I am not in a position to answer your question, I am more in a position to ask how did you get Google to send that traffic your way in the first place...

Ya me too. Google is sending alot of traffic and yahoo not much. Seems yahoo don't find as good as google.

Me get nothing from yahoo but all the pages indexed and showing more BL on yahoo webmaster tool. Google give more traffic but only indexed 3 pages and little BL on it

When i launch new sites they first appear well ranked on Yahoo, then Google and MSN. Yahoo results bring much less traffic and the positions are not stable, they change every now and than, my sites dissapear and pop back again taking different Yahoo positions all the time! Beats me
