I am looking to start a few sites again, all my previous host have shut down on me in a row for the past 2 years.

Include price, uptime, and customer feedback please.

We have been using Server Intellect Web Hosting and have had a great experience with them. We opened a new website last year and came across Server Intellect, finding that Netcraft and other rating websites favored them highly. They really do care about customers.

My top two recommendations would be hostgator.com for shared or reseller, and servint.net for vps.
