I thing its usefull to share... maybe someone that know it is laugh at my post... but sure... i just want to share here...
So here we go.
1. Create New Canvas/Image with in
260 x 127 px with a white background
2. Use horizontal text tool, as sample Webmasters.org and give some color there.
3. Copy the layer of a text, than you can see a two layers for Webmasters.org there...
4. Now, we give some effect, I have using Gradent Overlay and a litle Stroke there...
5. Double klik in Webmaster.org layer, for going to blending options or, you can use right, and choose blending option.
6. In Blending option menu, activate Gradient Overlay make sure you have set like this,

Blend mode : normal
Opacity : 58 and use gradient color,
click reverse and use 78% for the scale,

7. Click Stroke, With in this requirement.
Code:
Size : 3
Position : Outside
Opacity : 100%
Fill Type : Gradient
Scale : 90%
than click OK!
8. Rotate to vertical Webmasters.org in go to
Code:
Edit --> transform --> Flip Vertical
9 Turn on the above use Keyboard.
10. Choose number 30 for opacity 30%.
11. Get in to Blend Option, than follow the instruction like number 5 that i have said before.
12. Use Elliptical Marquee Tool for croppung shaddow so you can get elips shadow there.

For shortcut Inverse use Shift + Ctrl + i
before you have press delete, dont forget to set a feather, and if you have seen the layer of font cant be set feather make sure, you must resterize the layer.
So finish now....
