Graphics or Logos

While it is wonderful to be a website designer, it is very difficult to create a company logo or specific graphics if you are not artistically inclined. Does anyone know what software is the best to use to create logos or images that are not already out there? I want the ability to create a logo for some of my different businesses but am not interested in purchasing some expensive software. Any ideas would be very helpful.

Well, for this you have to be more artistic than any other job demands. I think CorelDraw is a good software tool for this purpose

Wouldn't life be wonderful if we were all artistic and technologically capable? I would love to find a program that a computer nerd can use to take a few ideas and throw them together into one graphic. For example, if my Company name was ABC Company, I want to be able to take the letters A, B, and C, put them into a program and have it generate some interesting image with the three letters combined. Has anyone heard of a program that can do something like this?

You need very kind of vision.Use the pictures and randomely add your company name over it.

I think illustrator is best for graphic designing. see other companies logos and try to make something like that. It is easy.

Do not find any tool for it, better if know the basics of photoshow can creat logo, take good log from web and make little modification like name, color etc this what m doing always .....
