For me I think Dreamweaver is the best web designing software. Usually I use Photoshop and Dremweaver together to design websites. But I really want to use Fireworks, GoLive and other softwares. I haven't but I will soon!

Adobe Dreamweaver is the best. It has newer features to accommodate the characteristics you want to include in your site.
