3 Way Link Building helps you build links while avoid reciprocal link building and other types of penalties resulting from it.

In my opinion the only way to go these days is gettin one way links. They carry much more weight than any other link.
I suppose reciprocal an 3 way is still being used, but make sure that it makes up only about 25% of your links.

I would be careful not to get too caught up in something like this. A little 3 way linking is probably just fun, but making this a major goal is probably a wrong turn.

Yeah good call dvduval. If you're spending all your time making link exchanges and whatnot instead of creating quality sites you're not doing anyone any good.
