i think, though i am not sure, and i am also trying it out, any registered user here can add their adsense id into the profile data, and then ads will be displayed along with their posts.

i think the term "revenue sharing" is misleading, you are not sharing with anyone your
adsense account, but where your ads get clicked, you get the cents. it is more of space sharing and if you have good posts which a lot of people view, you naturally stand a better chance to get more clicks.

however, this is all a theory i know not if it is true or it works. i do know that if you have an adsense account, you can publish it on any site you wish.

p/s i still don't see where the ads would appear though, hope someone can advise.

Default Meaning of Revenue Sharing

You are sharing the revenue you generate with Google.

When someone clicks on your ad the advertiser pays Google and Google shares a portion of that revenue with you.

If there is a third party involved then the sharing is split between Google, You and the Third party, ie the forum who has placed their adsense code in the HTML

Hope that helps.

Google AdSense is a fast and easy way for website publishers of all sizes to display relevant Google ads on their website's content pages and earn money. Because the ads are related to what your visitors are looking for on your site - or matched to the characteristics and interests of the visitors your content attracts - you'll finally have a way to both monetize and enhance your content pages.
It's also a way for website publishers to provide Google web and site search to their visitors, and to earn money by displaying Google ads on the search results pages.

what is supposed to happen is that when the ad is clicked-revenue is paid into the user account for that particlar author of the post, not to the site owners. that is the concept of sharing adsense.

thus each post/author will have their own adsense and paid directly into their adsense account. but i am unable to find the proper registration process to effect this on this forum.

and yes, when i cliked for details, nothing happens too, as like what mabbasj suffered.

please advise ?
Yeah.... I also agree with the details given by you, many other webmaster forums like dp etc have also give the opportunity to their members of sharing adsense revenue but they have quit due to some unknown reason,,, and I think this site have also quit this program... you may contact mod for more info.

As ads are related to what visitors are looking for on site or matched to characteristics and interests of visitors content attracts you will finally have way to both monetize and enhance your content pages. I think you must check with the administrator of this forum.
