Understanding the MSN Page Ranking system

Since I am new in this field of internet marketing, I do not know much about some SEO concepts. Nor do I understand it properly. For last 8months I am working on my new web site. I have decided to create my site as per SEO parameters. What should I do to get high rank in the MSN? In what way can I get a regular visit of online traffic from MSN? I am eagerly waiting for your reply. Please give some valuable suggestion and guide me properly in handling this issue. Looking forward to your suggestion. Help me at earliest!

I am also not having any knowledge & Idea about knowledge about MSN Page Ranking system but i am waiting to know about MSN Page Ranking system !

Web-Rank was a program developed in 2004 by Yahoo alike to Google's PR, with totally unusual algorithm. But because of some methodological reasons it did not stay alive for long, same was the matter with MSN.
