It still uses same algorithm as MSN as far as I can tell. My SERPs didn't change when they made the switch to Bing.

The big difference I've found is that for new websites it can take plenty of time to get indexed. You'll see your website on Google within hours/days but it can take Bing weeks to show your website.

Optimization for Bing is no different from optimization from other search engines. It is same like optimization for yahoo and google or ny other search engine for that matter.

Its nothing different from MSN or Google or anyother search engine. So there's no need of doing anything special just follow the normal.
