code error 8001012e

hi friends

i have installed new version on my system but it dont works the error i have always is ERROR 8001012e. but when i uninstall and install version 8.5 it works normal but in new version it give me this error i have installed new window also works first time and then nothing same error i have to try later becouse msg not have connect at the moment. if some one know what is the problem please replay me .
