a website for Google and MSN, I don’t think there is a main difference. Focus has to be on inbound links and keyword research.

Just make sure that you are following any blackhat seo techniques and nothing else.I think there is no major difference between optimizing a website for Google and MSN. We have to get inbound links, have to research keywords properly and so on and so forth.
