nice to see and know another forum was come from german here... anyway... if you want to made some forum with share/rotate adsense like this forum, namepros, digital point, etc... Its quite simple...

you can choose vbulletin as your forum software to use...
it will cost about $80/year
Low budget ?

You can choose another free open source software such as phpBB, SMF, MyBB and much thing....
For me ? I have prefer free software within quite time to edit. Why ? because i love community... There are much people around forum of producent of another forum would help you anyway...
