Simple formula is that Google index dofollow links and Google does not index nofollow links.

Wrong! Google indexes nofollow links which show right up in GWT, all a nofollow link is, is telling Google that you do not trust the site you are linking too. Dofollow doesn't exist, they would be called follow or plain text links.

No follow and do follow both are link which we use for build a link building. Google accept only do follow link rather than no follow. But no follow also important making for natural link building we require both links because Google accept natural linking.
