Do you recall any negative experience with Google?

Google has an excellent status in the world in today’s time, and is the best place to work for, among the IT companies. However, my friend who was called for an interview had a bad experience with them. The interview was delayed by an hour and he had to wait outside in the sun, along with the other candidates. The HR was not taking any calls and the part which angered everyone was that, they were not informed about the delay. How was your experience, if any, with Google?
