Default The Page Rank Factor

Hi Everyone,
The topic might keep you wondering if you have never heard of it or if you know nothing about SEO. Page rank is a very important factor to consider in SEO. It is actually derived from algorithms which are used by the major search engines, most especially Google.

Page rank is a measurement tool that determines how relevant your website is to the search engine. It goes like this; the higher your page rank, the more relevant your website is to the search engine. In other words high page rank means more prospects to your business or website. Page rank is a measurement between 0 and 10. If your domain have been on the internet for more than 2 years and you are still on 1, then you need SEO to help improve your page visibility. If your domain is 3 months old and above and you are below 1, than you need SEO quickly.

Over the years, people have neglected SEO, due to lack of knowledge and not knowing that neglecting SEO means neglecting your business on the internet. The aim of SEO is to increase your page rank, popularize your website and attract more clients to your business. Online advertising does not increase your page rank but attract clients to your business in a short term. Like i said in the previous topic; "SEO is a long term solution" which reduces your expenses.

The things you do wrong that can affect your Google page rank :

Choice of Business name or website name
Designing website without optimization
Not contacting the right SEO company
Many business owners do this wrong (choice of business name or website name). Gone are the days when people named their business after their own names or family names. The reason why you should not do that is because the internet strongly determines how successful your business will be. When it comes to choosing a business name don't think about yourself, think about your customers.

Most SEO consultants pay little to the importance of Google PageRank these days and its relevance to ranking a website naturally in the search engines. However, the data used to determine Google PageRank can often be an indication of what direction your overall search engine optimization strategy should take.

Cool The Page Rank Factor

Hello Friends,

It has been widely discussed if additional criteria beyond the link structure of the web have been implemented in the PageRank algorithm since the scientific work on PageRank has been published by Lawrence Page and Sergey Brin. Lawrence Page himself outlines the following potential influencing factors in his patent specifications for PageRank:
Visibility of a link
Position of a link within a document
Distance between web pages
Importance of a linking page
Up-to-dateness of a linking page

Thanks
