Hi, How many incoming links i need for getting PR5?
What is importance of free directory submission to get higher PR? Is there a number that i have to reach in terms of backlinks to achieve PR5 ?
Would exchanging links with a few quality PR6-7 links help ?

first you have to submit your website to the directories and there is a importance of directory submission because it gives backlink to your website

You need to get many quality backlinks for your site which should be come from relevant and high PR do follow site to get high PR to your site. Quality backlinks are too important compare to quantity.
