Talking Gearing Up, Hot off the Presses

Don't you just love technology? Google just released (VERY RECENTLY) that it is implementing a new program Google Gears. This is going to allow you to download a website, use all the functionalities while you are disconnected, and synchronize everything when your connection is reestablished. OK Bill Gates, now you need to start worrying. Pretty soon Google will be teaming up with Apple to help improve the Mac OS. Check out the news article I found.

I reviewed the article as well. You will not be downloading when you are offline. You will download a website while you are online. For example, we could download webmasters.org while online. Disconnect from the internet and still be able to post messages and send private messages while offline. Then, when we connect, all of the tasks that we completed while offline will be pushed through to the actual forum site for others to view online.
