If you type f-r-e-e-l-a-n-c-e-r and click enter, Google will automatically read it as freelancer.

Thats a new knowledge. But is there any benefit using this form. Is google giving any preference, or become more specific. I usually use the + symbol to add more words. Then we can get more specific search.

Scott, just curious, why/how did you come up with that knowledge? Was there a theory behind the test? Just not sure how or why that process would be beneficial. But, going along with it just for fun, I tested multiple other words on google. It works the same way. Also, if you simply use spaces instead of - it does the same. I also tested Yahoo, which does not work in the same manner as Google at all. Then I tested ask.com. Ask.com tests just like Google, does this mean they are related companies? Anyway, just telling me why/how you came about testing this one out would be a great story.
