How much is my PR5 domain worth?

How can I tell how much my domain is worth and where can I advertise it? I have a PageRank domain which gets in the region of 1600 unique visitors per month. Its faily pageviews is 2700. It ranks on Google page 1 for kewyords which are Similar to Website Ranking (Though I do not wish to reveal the actual keyword publicly yet). Its Traffic rank is 38850. Its income is in the region of $150 per month.

Thanks. But thats what I dont get. Its evaluating my domain as $120,000.

Its also saying the follwoing which isn't correct. Can some one advbise why its advising on such figures?

Potential Annual Earnings: $45,312.52

Is it that thats how much the domain Could earn which is what I might be losing out on?

I would say that probably at least a domain and some decent content. But many people do not really care about PR. Traffic / income is much more important. In addition, the domain should be the object.
