seems to be good but do not know any banned site for confirming it. all the sites showing not banned

shakir ...try http://superfreelancersonline.com This is a banned google website. It got banned awhile a go when a certain un named Noob webmaster was starting out. Could of been 100 things that got it banned. Mostly it was ignorance though.

I checked one domain which I know banned from google but the tool says "this website does not seem to be banned"

Cool, we have working with this tool for phpLD lately, and we have it working in beta. The hardest part is being able to query google, because you can't ask for the whole list at once, but we've been able to work around this now.
