There's no guide to making money with adsense; you have to put the work in yourself, there's no simple way.
If you're making not very much, start up a blog; get it Google indexed (http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/) That's an excellent resource; and then make regular posts.
If you're making a blog, for god's sake don't use Wordpress unless you want something really simple. My sites run Movable Type, which recently went opensource, and not only is it faster than WP; it's nicer to look at

Agree with that...If that was true, the OP should be better served using the content of that ebook to make tons of money through Adsense, instead of wasting his time trying to promote a penny ebook on online forums...

Well you can find more than enough resources to learn about AdSense and how to use it just by Googling. what matters is put them into work. Only hard work gives you better earnings reading a e-book won't.

I have a lot of ebooks about adsense but for me none of them help me much. I’m still prefer to get personal coach who will show my physically how they make money from it.
