Google 950 Penalty

Does anyone know anything about this 950 penalty? I have read a lot and cannot get a consistent answer as to what may cause this.

Has anyone had a site suffer from this penalty? If so, what can be done to correct it?

There are many penalty(s), such as 301, 302 redirection, hide text, bridge page and so on. but I don't know this 950 penalty, I'm sorry, I need to learn about it too.

ITs a penalty from google for any site which are in the topes position and getting many click per day suddenly move to the back of SERP( something like 950 pos back) is calld 950 penalty
