Meta title no use bcz no SE are considering it... But meta description is useful bcz it will display under the title in SERP. So make the Met desc and summery which attract users to click on the link in SERP

I agree with Shakir..he is right. Meta title & even some say that keywords are of no use. If you have got a very good content..thats is enough and you are the leader.

After choosing keywords you need to target your keywords in website pages means URL mapping and after then create meta title and meta description relevant to content.
