ON personal note i feel if article is submitted manually then it is more benefit b'coz you can target your keywords more accurately.

You are right manual submission is definitely better option for the person who have the time needed for it.But software submits it fast.Both the things are for different people.

I think this will be just great. I have been looking for something like this.I’m really looking forward to using submitter. It looks so straight forward and easy to use.
