Where the games included in the package will be hosted? at your server or our hosting (if we buy it)? Also what about the ownership of games? Will it be provided to host in out own?

Also currently i have an ASP based site, optimized for game related keywords. I am interested to in-corporate with it (PHP and mysql are supported in my server) so there no issue.

The games are included in the package, you will be hosting them in your hosting. About the ownership; "All games and descriptions copyright © to their respective owners. All rights reserved" mentioned on the bottom of the webpage. This is a PHP mased site, can be optimezed for game related keywords, you can change and control these and add new games or delete from your control panel.
