Default Forum on my site?

Hello all, I was thinking about adding a forum to my site and was trying to find out how. Is there a template or script that I can get/buy, cause I have noticed that a lot of forums use this same platform/template.

Thanks,Robby

You can buy vbulletin forum program which costs around $200. I think there are other types of forums called mbpp which are free but provide less features since they are free. Its not as complicated as some people might think.

Good luck!

Well, you just need to acquire a v-bulletin licence to get going. If you are reluctant to spend you can always go and google out for sites providing free forum creation. I think I've come across one like it before.

First you need to purchase the licence from either MyBB or vbulletin forum scripts. After that you can work on customization to make your site different from others. It's really challenging running a forum. I wish i can have one

What are the differences between MyBB and vbuletin other than license and not license. How about the stability?

I would suggest you to use MYBB.
its Free.
Its Good.
You can have Good Themes, Templates, Plugins for Free.

If you want to go with VBulletin. then you should have few bucks in ur pocket.
