How to get a consistent traffic movement?

I am recently encountering that the traffic movement of my site is falling day by day. I have never got any consistent amount of traffic through a long time. I am highly disappointed at this fall. I believe Google is entirely responsible for such thing. I have put all my efforts to get a good result from my website. But I am failed to receive that. I have not got the positive outcome which I wanted to have. I don’t have any clue that what will be the perfect decision to take now. Can anyone help me out? I hope you understand my condition and surely help me.
