Smile Want To Get Higher Page Rank?
I had a blog that I could not get ranked at all on Google. The keywords are hit 600-1200 times daily. So I adjusted my meta tag keywords and ended up on page 2 overnight. For what it's worth, keep that in mind for your blog.

This is funny... Google came out and said they do not even look at the meta tag "Keywords" in their algorithm anymore! Are you sure this happened over night? Sounds fishy to me!!

I've seen similar results as well. Whether or not it happens over night is a matter of good or bad timing with when the google crawler comes by. Other than that, you have to wonder... google said they don't use meta tags in their algorithm but perhaps meta tags still help tell google WHERE to index you and help interpret your sites context in relation to what's in the meta tags.

I've seen a site go from nowhere to the 1st page just from changing meta tags. Was a more specific localized search though.

Meta tags are not part of the algorithm. And why do you care about pagerank anyway? It really means nothing.
