How to get proper ranking?

I am not receiving the proper feedback about the traffic from search engine. My RSR is also static. I am unaware of the proper solution of this problem. I have noticed that my SERP is also going down day by day. I have encountering this from several days. I am not getting the result which I deserve. Can you tell me how to overcome this problem? Please suggest any possible way for this. Should I alter my keywords for better result?

SEO is getting tougher day by day.You cant expect a quick result here now.You need to continue your backlink campaign for your targeted keywords on a regular basis and have to make sure Google that everything is going natural with your site.

You need to build more and more links. Build links on regular basis and get links from quality sites, directories and blogs.

If you want to get proper ranking in major search engine than you should first try to get good number of backlinks because it's very essential to site that your site have good number of backlinks. And also use good and quality content in your site because Google become more strict to it so if you don't use good quality content for your site than your site could be dropped it's ranking.
