What is difference between doing seo for a blog and doing seo for a website? Is there really any difference in doing seo for blogs and websites?

It will remain the same since you are optimizing the link to rank high in search engines.

yes that is nice, start from on page optimizatins and take little time with met tags, alt tags and keywords. and little about keyword selection. than after go for off-page optimizations, the good way to learn, is to log in in to different SEO forums, and blog, read out, ask questions and try to reply others.

Blogs are update daily or within 2-3 days but websites are not update like this.
I think this is big difference between them.
