I can suggest you only two steps, if you strictly follow this step then it is helpful for you i think. First Step is keep on posting regularly quality content and see how other blog site is doing on same topic.

Second one is keep positive relationship with other blog.

Look for sites where you can be a guest writer (an expert) and ask them to provide links to your blog. Helps your SERPs and hopefully provides traffic.

I have joined all three twitter, facebook and youtube but don't know how to promote my blog there.
