My Blog Alexa ranking...

After 2 months of hard work in promoting my Blog I managed to get my Alexa ranking from 34 lak to 6 lak now (not the one under my signature)... I followed very simple methods.

1. Posting in more and more related forums .
2. Blog submissions.
3. Backlinks from my known friends blogs.

Now i can see my blog appears in google for a lot of keywords competitions.. Well u can try any keyword related to GFX 3D MODEL in google search... And nowadays I am getting minimum 200 visitors from google alone. As for as i ve experienced in my blog submissions, blogcatalog.com and blogfussion.com give me good traffic.

Can you please explain how you did what you did?

Also, when you say "After 2 months", is that all you did for 2 months is post in forums, blog submissions (where exactly?), and getting backlinks? Do you have a Google PR yet?

- I didnt have a Google PR when I posted here initially. Now I have a GOOGLE PR 2 for my blog gfx-3d-model.blogspot.com

well done, how many hours a day you worked for promoting your blog in two months.. I think promoting is the hardest work, and web design is much easier and fun

I work 3 to 4 hours a day, posting in forums, submitting my blog in directories.. and of course webmaster tools as well.. And today I got 569 visitors to my blog and 7048 page impressions.. Its picking up slowly. My hard works started paying me..

For any blog traffic is a main issue.. I own a blog where I post 3d models for maya and 3ds max for people engaged in graphics and animations.. I had been blogging for the past 2 months.. At first I found it hard to get even 1 visitor to my blog... But after 1 month of hard work, now I am receiving min 400 unique visitors per day from different sources like Forums, Blog submission sites etc..

Oh thats really nice.. even i have done the same thing... now i have PR2 from google in just 45 days... to my indian actress.. thanks for sharing the information here...

Sounds really nice Busyboy... hardwork never fails.. My PR has been updated. Now I got PR3 to my site.. It was PR2 when I started this thread.. And traffic has also increased a lot. Now the traffic is double than what I had 2 months back..
