The games are included in the package, you will be hosting them in your hosting. About the ownership; "All games and descriptions copyright © to their respective owners. All rights reserved" mentioned on the bottom of the webpage. This is a PHP mased site, can be optimezed for game related keywords, you can change and control these and add new games or delete from your control panel. As your hosting supports PHP and MYSQL, it would be fine. Thank you for your interest...
